Franklin Learning Center Joint Agreement Restated by Districts

Greencastle-Antrim School District, along with Chambersburg Area, Fannett-Metal, Shippensburg Area, Tuscarora, and Waynesboro Area school districts, entered into an Amended and Restated Agreement forming the Franklin Learning Center. The joint special education school will continue to be operated by Lincoln Intermediate Unit No. 12 under shared governance and cost allocations.
