Description

The Williston City Commission approved an agreement with the Western Area Water Supply Authority (WAWSA) for participation in a $17,825,000 State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. The City covenants to cover up to 21.062% of any shortfalls in debt service or net revenue requirements. This enables refinancing of existing debt and improvements to the water supply and distribution system.
