Renewal

Initial term is one year from effective date and may be extended for such time as mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing. Either party may terminate without cause on 15 days’ written notice; upon termination LTS must remove kiosks within seven days or as otherwise mutually agreed and in any case within two weeks’ notice per Attachment 1.
