monthly $1 Facility Fee plus reimbursement of pool-related costs (electricity, chemicals, testing kits, certified pool operator and personnel charges)

From date of signing through September 1, 2026; annual activity use June 1 through August 31 each calendar year within the term

Initial term commences on the date of signing and terminates on September 1, 2026; parties may amend the agreement in writing, and future years’ operations would require a subsequent agreement by the anniversary date or stored items are deemed surrendered to the District. Either party may terminate with at least 30 days’ notice, or the District may terminate immediately for material breach, safety threats, or emergencies.
