Norfolk approved a Phase 100 Cost Sharing Agreement with TotalEnergies Hydrogen Holding USA, LLC under which the company will reimburse up to $25,536 for engineering services evaluating the feasibility of supplying treated effluent. The City will manage the Olsson contract and recover its costs from TotalEnergies.
