Description
Through Resolution No. 29/2026, the Town adopted New York Agriculture & Markets Law §109 provisions and designated Tri Lakes Humane Society as the beneficiary of voluntary donations collected with dog licenses. Donations will be held in a dedicated fund and transferred annually, supplemental to existing budget support.
