The Bend Park & Recreation District proposes to enter into a vehicle leasing and fleet management agreement with Enterprise FM Trust via a Sourcewell cooperative contract. The program would begin in FY 2027 by replacing 27 vehicles and adding three new units at an estimated annual cost of $315,000, with projected five-year costs of about $3.1 million.
