The Paris City Commission approved Municipal Order 2026-40 authorizing a pole attachment agreement with Spectrum Mid-America, LLC. The five-year agreement, with automatic annual renewals, permits Spectrum to attach communications equipment to City-owned poles for an annual per-pole fee plus related costs, subject to safety, engineering, and insurance requirements.
