The City of Bremerton approved acceptance of a Washington State Department of Ecology design grant agreement for the Oyster Bay Regional Treatment Facilities Design project. The $639,935.00 project includes $529,155.00 in Ecology grant funds and runs from July 1, 2025 through March 31, 2028 to design new stormwater treatment facilities and outfall improvements.
