The City of Glendale is entering into a S.A.V.E. cooperative Linking Agreement with Sagebrush Restoration, LLC to provide remediation, restoration, and miscellaneous repair services at City facilities. The contract allows work up to $800,000 annually and $3,000,000 over the full term, running initially through June 30, 2026 with options to extend through June 30, 2029.

Initial period runs from the Effective Date of the Linking Agreement through June 30, 2026. The City may extend the Agreement for three additional one-year terms if the underlying cooperative agreement is extended and the City provides notice 30 days before each anniversary of the Effective Date. The cooperative agreement itself may not be extended beyond June 30, 2029.
