Intended as a temporary measure while the parties pursue a permanent service area boundary adjustment and revisions to existing agreements CAG-03-197 and CAG-06-170 during the next comprehensive sewer system plan update cycle. Renewal or conversion to a permanent arrangement will be addressed in that future process.
