The Legal Services Agreement for the Tulare County Office of Education Legal Services Consortium is renewed for an additional fiscal year, with the District holding the right to terminate by giving written notice to TCOE and Lozano Smith at least 30 days before the end of each fiscal year. The Consortium previously selected Lozano Smith as preferred provider, and rates have remained unchanged since July 1, 2021.
