ECTS E-Rate Consulting Agreement Offered to Schools

15% of Member’s total Category 1 savings for 2026-2027 (capped at $4,500) plus 3% of total Category 2 savings (capped at $7,500)

CONSULTING

School year July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, continuing thereafter until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice

Initial term covers July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and thereafter the agreement continues in effect on an ongoing basis until either party terminates it with thirty days written notice. No fixed renewal date; termination is at-will post initial term.

Agreement
