The Town Council approved McMillan, Pazdan, Smith Architects' Asheville Office as the design firm for the new Fire Station #2, authorizing the committee to negotiate a lump sum contract for a Preliminary Architectural Report and additional architectural services. The firm was selected through a competitive RFQ process and will help the Town qualify for federal earmark funding.
