ACE Disposal will implement a 2.9% CPI–U cost-of-living increase to its solid waste and recycling service charges effective July 1, 2026, as allowed under its existing contract with Woods Cross City. City staff report that the Solid Waste Fund can absorb the increase without raising resident rates in 2026.
