The Authority Advisory Committee recommends that the YARTS Governing Board authorize a one-year Administrative Services Agreement with the Merced County Association of Governments for FY 2026/27. MCAG will provide transit management, planning, financial, grant, and marketing support to YARTS for a total staffing cost of $552,982 from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
