Master Contract term is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with an interim extension option for up to 90 days after June 30, 2027 at the prior year’s rates at the LEA’s sole discretion. Any subsequent year Master Contract must be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027 per Title 5 CCR 3062(d); if not finalized by June 30, the most recently executed Master Contract remains in effect for 90 days under Education Code 56366(c)(1), with either party allowed to appeal to the county superintendent or State Superintendent after 60 days.
