The Springfield City Council will consider authorizing an Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement with Drew Lewis Foundation, Inc. for up to $29,850.30 to develop public stormwater infrastructure along West Poplar Street. The special ordinance would empower the City Manager to execute the agreement to support drainage improvements between North Weaver Avenue and North Broadway Avenue.
