Initial 36‑month minimum term following a 1‑month bridge term; thereafter, the subscription renews automatically for successive 12‑month periods unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of non‑renewal. Under the addendum, the district may terminate for convenience after the first twelve months of the minimum term or any renewal term with at least 30 days’ written notice; separate termination rights apply for government non‑availability of funds with 30 days’ notice and documentation.
