City of Delaware Historic Preservation Commission Work Session Agenda April 2026

The City of Delaware has selected Designing Local of Columbus, Ohio to complete a comprehensive update of the Downtown Historic District Architectural Standards and overlay zoning code, funded in part by a State Historic Preservation Office grant. The professional services engagement is expected to run through November 30, 2026 and includes public outreach, boundary review, and preparation of updated standards and guidance materials.
