The Town of Hurley approved a five-year Municipal Solid Waste Management Agreement with the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency effective January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030. UCRRA will manage, process, and dispose of municipal solid waste and regulated recyclables from the Town under established tipping fees and pull charges.
