The Chicago Transit Board is scheduled to act on an ordinance authorizing one permanent easement agreement involving Comcast and Astound, and a separate permanent easement agreement with Comcast for the Red Line Extension Project. These easements will allow utility facilities to coexist with CTA expansion work.
