Initial term September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2029; auto-renews for successive September 1 – August 31 terms unless terminated by April 15 of the preceding year

Initial three-year term from 2026-09-01 to 2029-08-31, with automatic annual renewals for September 1 through August 31 terms unless the District provides written notice of termination by April 15 of the preceding year. Base funding is reviewed and may be adjusted annually based on services and CPI-U; early unilateral termination by the District triggers responsibility for obligations incurred by NWESD in reliance on the agreement and certain staffing costs.
