Description

Fort Bend County and The George Foundation executed a First Amendment to their Right of Entry Agreement, extending the County’s access to Foundation property through July 31, 2025 to complete work related to the proposed SH 99 corridor. All other terms of the original October 16, 2024 agreement remain in full force, with any future renewal subject to the Foundation’s sole discretion.
