The Carson Water Subconservancy District is considering an addendum to State Contract #2025-6 with Dayton Valley Conservation District to extend the Middle Carson River Hazard Removal and Ricci-Pradere Riverbank Stabilization Project to June 30, 2027. The extension will allow use of remaining CWSD grant funds alongside new state channel clearance funds without increasing the overall project budget.
