Description

SBCTA is recommending approval of Cooperative Agreement 25-1003341 with the City of San Bernardino to advance the I-215 Palm Avenue Interchange Project through PID, environmental, and PS&E phases with an estimated $7.3 million in shared funding. The agreement commits both Measure I and City funds and includes an exception to SBCTA’s standard VFI-3 policy.
