Encinitas Amends CalPERS Contract For Fire Marshal Safety

The City of Encinitas is approving an amendment to its contract with the California Public Employees’ Retirement System to reclassify Fire Marshal positions from Local Miscellaneous to Fire Safety, with an estimated employer cost increase of up to $42,000 annually.
