Description
Fort Bend County entered into a five-year license agreement with Dimas Bros. Construction, LLC to access its property for installing and maintaining groundwater monitoring wells GWMW15 and GWMW16, for an annual fee of $200 per well and a total maximum of $2,000. The agreement provides ingress and egress rights, sets weekday access hours, and requires the County to remove the wells and restore the property upon termination.
