Bullhead City plans to enter into an assignment with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for Contract No. 9-07-30-W0012, shifting Mohave Water Conservation District’s 1,800 acre‑feet Colorado River water entitlement to the City. The agreement will make Bullhead City the direct contract holder for this portion of its domestic water supply.
