The Hillsborough Arts Council is requesting a $75,000 FY27 contract to deliver year-round tourism-driving arts programs including Last Fridays, the Solstice Lantern Walk, the Handmade Parade, and operation of the Gallery & Gift Shop. The funding would run July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and represents a $5,000 increase to expand parade production and marketing.
