District amends landscaping contract with Dinsmore Landscape

First amendment increases the not-to-exceed amount by $10,000 to a new total of $38,000 and extends the term until project completion but not later than 6/30/26. Parties may further extend the term by mutual agreement, subject to Governing Board approval.

Agreement
