Town of Perryville Awards Professional Services Contract to Gallagher Benefit Services Inc (July 2026)

$38,000 per year for Annual Services, plus automatic annual increases after June 30, 2027; $40,000 for One-Time Services; $350 per benefit calculation through June 30, 2027, subject to annual increases thereafter; time-and-materials hourly rates for out-of-scope services

Initial term from August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031; the SOW automatically renews for successive 12‑month terms unless either the Client or Gallagher provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the initial or any subsequent term. Fixed fees and hourly rates automatically increase annually after the plan/fiscal year ending June 30, 2027 by 3% or at least the prior year’s Employment Cost Index for Management, Professional and Related Groups, whichever is greater.
