Initial term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; parties are not required to renew. Any subsequent Master Contract is to be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027. If a new Master Contract is not executed by June 30, 2027, this contract remains in force until terminated per its terms or replaced by a new Master Contract. Rate increases may be considered annually through the Bay Area SELPA Collaborative and must be approved in a duly executed amendment.
