Oshawa is set to enter into an agreement with Ontario Tech University to provide in-kind snow clearing services on Victoria Lane valued at about $60,000 annually. The University will redirect the savings to offset Regent Theatre rental costs for Ontario Philharmonic performances in the 2026–2027 season and beyond.
