Broward County authorized a nonfinancial MOA with the Florida Department of Health’s Broward County Health Department to provide HIV counseling, testing, and referrals to survivors of sexual assault from June 2026 through June 2027. The agreement may be renewed and amended so long as it does not increase the County’s obligations.
