Independent School District No. 316 approved a space use agreement allowing Children’s Mental Health to operate its six-week REACH summer program at district facilities from June 9, 2026 through July 23, 2026 at no space-use fee. The district will provide utilities, wireless internet, and customary custodial services while Children’s Mental Health covers required insurance, additional custodial costs, and program operations.
