Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School Board of Education Finance Committee Meeting Minutes 2026-05-19

The Finance Committee reviewed and supported the Transportation, Buildings, and Grounds Committee’s recommendation to select Midwest Tennis and Track for the district’s track repair/replacement project at a cost of $129,990, with a three-year workmanship and materials warranty. Funding will be paid half by July 1, 2026 and the balance upon completion, split between the FY 2025-26 and 2026-27 General Funds and without lease purchase financing.
