The RM of Paddockwood approved the assignment of the existing 2010 servicing agreement for the Rothenburg bareland condominium subdivision from Rothenburg Cooperative Ltd. to a new developer. The agreement was amended so the $2,000 per-unit off-site service fees will be collected upon each unit’s sale rather than as a lump-sum payment.
