Description

The Bremerton City Council will consider Amendment No. 1 to its 2014 Interlocal Agreement for Water Supply with the City of Port Orchard, permitting water purchase costs through the Anderson Hill Road intertie to be credited toward Bremerton’s acquisition of certain 580 Zone water assets. The amendment clarifies accounting between the two cities while leaving all other agreement provisions unchanged.
