Not to exceed $365,000.00; $87.50/hour (RN), $66.15/hour (LPN), $45.00/hour (CNA), $68.95/hour (LPN for one-to-one)

STAFFING

Initial term of one (1) SCHOOL calendar year effective July 1, 2026, automatically renewed annually unless terminated with 30 days written notice

Agreement is for one SCHOOL calendar year and is automatically renewed at the end of the first year and each subsequent year unless either party provides at least thirty (30) days written notice of termination. Rate changes require 30 days advance notice and mutual written agreement. Placement fee clauses impose liquidated damages of $30,000 if the district hires PearlCare personnel without meeting notice and staffing requirements.
