Initial term runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028; agreement may be terminated by either party with 60 days’ written notice, with an early termination fee equal to 50% of remaining unused hours at the standard hourly rate when terminated by the client. Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing; amendments require written consent from both parties and at least 30 days’ notice from the service provider for proposed changes.
