Rockaway Beach has engaged HBH Engineering to perform preliminary engineering for the Downtown Parking Improvement Project and a proposed railroad runaround concept. HBH is developing and refining CAD-based concept layouts to help the City and partner agencies evaluate parking, circulation, and rail operations downtown.
