SeaTac intends to execute an undergrounding interlocal agreement with Lumen for the Airport Station Area Pedestrian Improvements Project, under which the City’s contractor will construct joint trench facilities and Lumen will supply materials and reimburse its construction share. The Transportation and Public Works Committee is considering Agenda Bill 6946 to recommend Council approval of this agreement.
