Description

Haliburton County plans to retain Eastern Ontario Regional Network (EORN) on a sole-source basis to lead an Affordability and Governance Structure Study estimated at $100,000 to $150,000. The study, to be completed by July 2026, will analyze fiscal exposure and governance options for the County, with provincial funding to be sought.
