The Sound Transit Board approved Motion M2026-22 to modify its contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. to exercise the Phase 2 option for Civil Engineering Design Services on the West Seattle Link Extension. The modification authorizes up to $238.7 million plus contingency, for a total not to exceed $341.4 million over an approximately 22‑month term, contingent on budget amendments under Resolution R2026-14.
