Initial term runs October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 and may be terminated by either party on 30 days’ written notice or by the County upon payment default. If the agreement expires before a new agreement is executed, services continue on a month-to-month basis under the same terms, subject to retroactive adjustment once a subsequent agreement is executed. Costs are reviewed at least semiannually and no more than quarterly by the Fort Bend County Auditor, with payment adjustments after notice.
