The Red River Authority of Texas entered into a standard residential service contract with an individual consumer to provide metered water service, and where available sewer and solid waste fee collection, under published monthly base and tiered usage rates. The agreement remains in effect while service is provided, allows termination on ten days written notice, and incorporates the Authority’s regulations on access, billing, and disconnection.
