Initial 12‑month term through September 1, 2027, with renewals for successive 12‑month periods contingent on mutual written agreement, Board resolution, and annual funding. Renewal Annual Fee will increase by a percentage over the prior term, and InSite Medical services, including Additional Services, will continue under the same structure unless modified by written amendment. Agreement may be terminated for nonpayment, lack of cooperation, material breach, insolvency, or if InSite discontinues mental health services.
