Bel-Nor Amends Inmate Housing Agreement With County

The City of Bel-Nor will amend its longstanding inmate housing agreement with St. Louis County to raise the detention fee to $75 per twenty-four hour period per inmate. The mayor is authorized to execute the contract amendment once the ordinance is adopted.
