Brighton staff recommend awarding the Seventh Street Rehabilitation Project to Springline Excavating LLC for an amount not to exceed $1,574,063.50, including contingency. The project will reconstruct South Seventh Street from Main to Livingston with new watermain, ADA-compliant sidewalks, and asphalt resurfacing funded by utility, millage, and grant sources.
